Councillor Murray was a character in Heroes And Villains (25th December 1996) who rejected Derek "Del Boy" Trotter's application for a home improvement grant. She was almost mugged by 4 people but they were interrupted by Derek "Del Boy" Trotter and Rodney Trotter in Batman and Robin costume and mistook them for the real duo and all ran off.
